Sourcing, documenting, fitting, checking.

Buy them in sequence, or start partway through if earlier work already exists.

Detail

Fabric and factory sourcing

Matching a garment to mills and makers who already run that construction. A knit specialist will quote a woven order and then subcontract it — we would rather tell you that up front than let it surface at the first fitting.

Tech pack development

Turning a reference garment or a sketch into a document a factory can cut from. Most production disputes trace back to a tech pack that left measurements or trims to interpretation.

Sampling and fit

Proto, fit, and pre-production samples with written comments each round. The approved PP sample becomes the reference the bulk is measured against — not a photo on someone’s phone.

Production and inspection

Order placement, in-line checks, and final inspection against an agreed defect list. Findings go to you as they are, including the batches that should be reworked.

Ask

Something not on this list?

Ask anyway. If it sits outside what we do well we will say so, and where we can we will point you at someone who does it properly. That is a faster answer than a proposal that quietly never firms up.
