Requirements
Fibre content labelling
US law requires textile products to carry fibre content, country of origin, and the identity of the responsible company. Getting this wrong is a labelling problem that surfaces at the border, not on the shop floor.
Care instructions
Care labelling has its own requirements, and "dry clean only" as a catch-all is not a safe default — it has to be substantiated for the garment it is attached to.
Children’s apparel
Childrenswear carries additional testing and certification obligations, including on drawcords and small parts. We flag when a design lands in that category; the testing itself comes from an accredited lab, not from us.

development rather than after. Testing is done by an accredited laboratory and the
certificate comes from them. Where a product raises questions we cannot answer, we
say so and recommend you engage someone qualified to.
